About the Program

The Islamic Essentials (Sanatain) program offers a comprehensive 2-year intensive course on the fundamental principles of Islam. Tailored to cover the knowledge that is obligatory (Fardh) upon every Muslim, the program is inclusive and welcomes adults (both men and women), working professionals, college students, teenagers, and new Muslims.

Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate qualifying them for Islamic chaplaincy. The program encompasses a diverse array of topics, including Seerah (Life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ), Aqidah (Islamic Creed), Hanafi Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence), Hadith (Prophetic Traditions), Tafseer (Quran Exegesis), and Tajweed (Quranic Recitation).
